One very good thing in this company is to Opportunity and freedom to explore ourself technically, personaly. since it was a small company so there was no specific department and hence got chance to work on multiple area, skills and hence it was great learning phase. for freshers it was very good in order to gain knowledge.

Dislikes

Except Learning all other things like salary, work life balance, appraisal system everything was worst. So people only seeking to learn working on live and real time project can join and then can move to other company.
