I’m 27, I’m looking for Career transition
Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI

Likes

You won't get good care while you work at client places through this company. No freedom in office. Strict rules will definitely irritate you. No proper chairs to sit at office. No flexible network facilities at office. Not even have one ceiling fan in office. No AC in the office at all. No guarantee for your job if the client releases you from their contract.

No caring for the employees who work at client place and there is no job guarantee if the client releases you from the project.
