In that work role is good and also salary wise it is too good. Work environment is so friendly nature and that to fulfill the organisational targets.

Dislikes

Travel allowances in that having some issues and career growth wise there is no hope , Too much of politics between the employees.

HR is very unprofessional. They consider employees as idiots and do not respond to them.Here the employee's job security can be withdrawn even at midnight.The people who work here don't matter. There is no respect and value for the employees here.

Earlier people were working happily, and supported eachother in working.

Dislikes

Now, there is no value for hardworking persons. Old staff all are leaving, new employees are getting hired. Increment and appraisal not at all happening.

Working with the team and with the directors is always fun and never a pressurized task. Everyone is very helpful when a newbie try to understand the process. Supervisors are very much guiding and supporting to divide work pressure. CEO and COO of the company are super helpful and treat every employee with love and support whenever needed. There is no stones unturned when it comes to employee benefits and their satisfaction.

I have to really think hard to mention any dislikes about working in the company.
