Broken Promises - HR's hiring pitch about later increments and corrections never sees daylight. Don't trust the liars. 7. Sycophancy over skills - Hard work is secondary, but polite bootl*****g might come to your rescue. 8. Token Initiatives- Endless programs with fancy names , but no real impact on employee experience. 9. Talent Drain - The best employee leave, while mediocrity stays and thrives.

For compensation T Systems is best where no variable applicable. On boarding process is quite good. Rest all depends on your project and Reporting Manager / Sr Manager.
