Audits/tasks are t given to everyone on rotational basis. Importance not given to everyone irrespective of designation & cadre. Hike given only to few based on audits not everyone based on performance

I didn't like the company full of poltics , they will ask to work more without any solution. Banglore will always act us intermidioter with madride..spanish people stole indian hardwork with help of banglore people from valdile x employee
