Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Take advantages of training and other program which company offer like travel,do not participate in company politics and seniors will always win.. learn fast and move forward for better company without staying longer.. Longer you stay.. lesser your growth will be...in this rising economy you must be ahead....

Dislikes

Seniors Behaviours is very rude and arrogant.. which leads to supress new comers and can cause fall in growth of company.....
