Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

This is achattered accountants firm. Harikrishnan sir ia the main for this firm. And above 20 members are working this firm for including men & women. I have to join by november 2021. Firstly i couldnt accept the rules & regulation but they have to bulid a good career. Lot of works are handling for this office including auditing accounting gst filing income tax return filing. I have only working for accounts &audit They have trined by ca articles and common doubts are cleared by permanent experienceed staff Bank audit outside audit will be allotted they have to develop new skills in your life.
