There's nothing to like about the firm. Only the founder of the firm is good, and 2 partners are understanding and are genuine.

Dislikes

The international tax team is the worst of all, no 1 is understanding in the team, the partner, manager. Partner especially has her own ego and keep grudges against few people for no reasons. I too left among others, because of the partner's and manger's behavior towards all. The domain is good, but believe me the team and the lady partner to work with is not worth it! No matter how much work you do in the team, it still never gets appreciaited and at the end of the day they gonna still blame you. Partner is way too abusive!! One has to feel depressed all the time after hearing such abusive words! From outside the team looks good, but the inner reality is something no1 knows about. Working in international tax is a big NO if you want to have peace in your life.

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me.
