The company is ISO certified organisation which is very good platform for non technical people. T & AS Designtech company gives me a experience how to manage time in the working environment as well as develops skill in different manner.

Dislikes

the management hiring always technical people but in this company no technical work here only for non technical work. for technical here no growth and the work pressure is high work is like order entry (data typing). Work balance is terrible. always cries for do work and asks for extra work time. not well paid as well. My colleagues they all are very good we work happily . salary appraisal not good. no travel facilities.

Likes

It's a good place to learn. Top management is highly skilled in technical side as well customer interaction. Good projects. Great infrastructure. If you have verbal skills you can get client interaction.

Dislikes

During increments, company is partial towards people who are serving for longer period. New blood work hard for recognition but get peanuts. Company need to upgrade their values to match MNCs as most of the time they work for US based clients. No team outings. Sometimes worked for 12-15 hours but won't get anything except OT(which is also not as per market standards).

Work-life balance is good. At senior level no mich stress. Stable and secure job.

Dislikes

Company is running without any vision. Management has no proper plan. No monetary growth. Promotion with designation and dry hike. Higher management is full of lazy people. Surviving by nodding their head on whatever decision is taken.

An ISO certified organisation which is a very good platform for people who are passionate about mechanical engineering- tool design and structural design. They provide top notch services in tool design, automation and manufacturing for fortune 500 companies in and around U.S.

Dislikes

The organisation also has a department which is categorised under KMS- knowledge management services. Engineers get deceived most of the time and join this department thinking that internal transfers might happen. But the chances are less than 1%.

There is a lot of scope of learning but is useful for further job acquiring.
