1. No competitive environment 2. No skill development for non teaching staff. 3. Lack of proper HR guidelines for new staff 4. Promotions are based on favoritism not on skill sets, work efficiency of a staff 5. Bundle of lies and fancy words by Admin people. 6. Salary revision is like peanuts 🥜 . Many staff are not paid minimum wage salary on basis of Government of India Minimum Wage policy. 7. High attrition rate of teaching and non teaching staff 8. During COVID lockdown, no minimum support of laptop and internet connection for official work to staff who cannot afford laptop and work in remote locations. 9. Red tapisim is very prominent. 10. Suggest the admin to implement more IT based solutions to ease the Academics and non academic tasks

The level was of freedom one gets to experiment and innovate is outstanding. Despite being a private organisation, there's never any constraint faced due to paucity of finance. Such experiments enable everyone to grow in stature.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance.
