I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

Not at all. Did nopt pay last 2 months salary. Cheated 1 years incentive. Bhaskar Singh is horrible.

Dislikes

Utter rubbish work culture. Full of politics played by the then Director Bhaskar Singh.Hard to survive there.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow..no holidays given easily which is sometimes a pain as it gets cut from salary if holiday is not approved by TL the manager then HR.

Nothing apart from the scams the hrd do while recruting all employees

Dislikes

Complete waste of time and energy. Worst experience as an employee in my entire carrier. Very pathetic payout schedule. Never pays on time. Not a single employee in the company were ever happy with the work culture and environment. Bias towards religion. Nothing to learn and no growth oppertunity. Involved in all kinds of monetary scandals both in the country and overseas.
