...pends on the management you are under Company policies- They have good policies. Salary on time. Medical facilities rest i need to still explore.

Too much of process, delayed process, paper work. Work politics. Present office in Mumbai needs to give good ambience/atmosphere to employees. Not so hygienic and clean office and work space. Toilets not maintained and employees are really scared to use especially due to pandemic. No Housekeeping staff.

Nothing, no system/policy to follow to pay the due of the regular employees

There no system and no policy followed for employees, no notice period, and relieve even the permanent employees without any reason, all top level Project Directors supported the zero system to safe guard their jobs but not the system.

More importance is given to the team sitting at head office and teams of regional offices are ignored totally. 5. Ineffective and inefficient integration of local company SAI into Systra, which has led to huge administrative and financial confusions. 6. Inefficient IT

On time salary.

Dislikes

Not providing competitive salary. They bid less get all the majority projects and pay less. Also I came across few experts who are incompetent but are working due to low pay. Low pay = Low Quality. It is good for old employees after retirement. Young talent should avoid working here

Compensation is very low almost to nothing. Also, scope of learning new concepts pertaining to career is very narrow. I hope in future work related to Structural discipline is new and interesting so that at least our knowledge increases with time.
