I have joined in June 2020. Yet to explore the company. Till now my experience is Ok. Not excellent not worst. Neutral. Govt Projects tendered by systra runs like govt office. Not to the standards of MNC. But again i need time to give feed back. May be post a year my feedback will be more better. Work culture- Jus like Govt office, too much paper work. Yet to digitalise Security- Job security depends on the management you are under Company policies- They have good policies. Salary on time. Medical facilities rest i need to still explore....Read More

Dislikes

Too much of process, delayed process, paper work. Work politics. Present office in Mumbai needs to give good ambience/atmosphere to employees. Not so hygienic and clean office and work space. Toilets not maintained and employees are really scared to use especially due to pandemic. No Housekeeping staff.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
