...s a good company but management and team is not good, no job security in systra. Compensation and benifits are also very bad

In systra if client is complaint to any one the systra company will terminate that person. Why you should be trust on client. Thats not good in systra company. Increments and benifits are very poor

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations.
