Age in the companybisbreal croteria for increment and growth not he talent.promotion is based on how much you nod on directors thoght. No senior ask question on any rule that change suddenly and direcltly affects the employees.

You can learn as a fresher very good opportunity, but gain expirence for 2 year.More than 2 year will be waste because of slow growth and no increment in salary.

Manager politics (Grudges) No work Unnecessary discipline.

No Scope of Learning Still makes sure if you are going to be a part of the PMT department over there never opt for a DERMA segment (Ortho, Gyne & Physician are other options). Reporting manager in Derma "VKP" doesn't know anything about marketing, Basically, he is blank and lost.
