They will credit the salary on time.

Dislikes

STG is not a company they are like consultant. They don't have any clients. Only rely on Ford company only. They don't have any projects or clients. If the project is completed they don't have bench system. STG hr will say directly search outside Poor HR and project managers.

H1B Transfer is ok. Now a days any consultancy has good attorneys and this is normal. Pay is also OK and now a days other desi consultancies also offering more than what we get here.

...uments. They don't respond to you for questions on benefits/referral bonus etc. Whatever credited be it salary or benefit etc is final. Any clarifications you ask about they mentioned something in their prospectus etc, no answers will be given. Your calls or emails will NOT BE answered in most of the cases. You can't escalate anywhere. Only in case of legal or VISA related things that too if it is important for them they respond. HR, Recruiters and CEO are all one since it is small company so it is always one way and you can't do anything other than resignation. -> TRICKS IN SAYING 1 YEAR STAY NO CHARGES YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR GREENCARD: Initially they say they will take GreenCard filing charges if we leave within 1 year but what they don't share with you is there are stages for every step and it applies from that date, but from the initial date of when first stage of PERM applying etc. even for 140 filing also it will be from the filing date 1 year you have to stay or you have to pay the around $1000 also for the cost of filing. you may think that PERM filing date was initial date but you will know this only if you carefully read each and every line in the employment agreement. My Suggestion to existing employees: Don't pay this penalty with cheque (check leaf) but ask them to cut from your salary if you are existing employee for having it as proof. -> NO EXPERIENCE OR RELIEVING LETTERS: ONCE YOU LEAVE THEY IGNORE ANY EMAIL FROM YOU. no matter how good terms you leave them they don't provide experience or relieving letters to you. your recruiter and HR will say we will provide it but they don't give it to you in written format promising that. so for your future it may cause problem in background verification. they discourage leaving their organization this way and also they don't want to spend money on revoking your petition. these are the two reasons. If anyone calls for Background Verification or emails them they don't respond at all. Even your recruiter or HR no one responds. HR atmost by luck you get in touch due to other formalties she would say use your payslips as proof and after that she won't lift your call at all, but for us that may not work as other company may thing we left here in bad terms. -> Your H1B I797 receipt physical copy they don't give it to you and keep it with them. You have to go for 1 hour travel in your car to their office and pickup for drivers license extension purpose or for stamping etc. You have to show proofs for the need, then only they give.

Dislikes

There is no initiative from the company to communicate with the employees apart from work, if the work is done , that’s it. Yeah it is enough for survival but it does not make the employee to grow, which is not suitable for the company’s growth too, and that’s why the business stays the same , I think in order grow as a company, employees should be encouraged in other ways apart from only salary and the appraisal process is not transparent, I felt like being in horse trading during appraisal ,this leads to fear and anxiety about job in the mind of employees , which affects the employees mental health and sometimes personal life too. I am not saying the company is bad , it’s just that it can improve in lot of ways rather than following the present culture , I want to be a part of this company if necessary actions are taken and i am given the promotion I deserve and the salary raise according to my experience, in par to the market standards. Sorry if any words are wrong , I hope it is not , may be it just happened to me , not sure ! Looking forward for good things ! As I love my job and I want to continue working here remotely in the same project , but with some good compensations for the effort I put in everyday. I hope , STG understands me! No hard feelings , let’s improve together if possible.🙏🙂
