The company environment is friendly and positive, thus employees work happily. The company is good at offering decent compensation and benefits to all employees. I get a chance to work with many new technologies. So overall good to work with them.

Absolutely only money oriented company but absolutely non job satisfaction. Company handles captive based projects as a result salary is good in some projects but worst user friendly.

Employee management, administration, does not think of employee happiness and no facilities

Positive working environment, Friendly and cooperative people, Salary gets credited always on time Trainings are arranged for employees fun activities every friday and picnics are arranged for employees Founder of the company is a really nice person Employees are encouraged to take part in CSR activities pay is as per industry standards open door policy management plans hurdle meeting or one to one meetings

Some managers are like mukadams who don't mentor but only sits ,chats , comes late , takes credit of others work and if anything goes wrong first to blame their team members. Earlier there was internet connectivity problem but now it has reduced to a great extent

Work life balance 0% HR and Manager are very rude never had courtesy toward employees HR and Manager both dont have idea whether they are hiring suitable candidate for position (showing different JD and actual work isn't similar to JD) HR policy doesn't have any value it's driven by Project manager Deliberately asking employees to fill great place work form to get the certfied Not much get technical exposure Project manager and Team leader very well playing politics with employee Company doesn't have much projects in hand

feels like payroll company. once client fires you, they treat like you are an alien. Manager/hr themselves do not consider past 2-3 years that was spent with s+. here manager does not interact on monthly/quarterly basis to know more about candidate and how we can improve. So its like till money is flowing you are likeable else they will alienate you.
