a senior quality lead

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

Nothing at all,no organisation policy.

Dislikes

They will hire you and fire you within few months and they will mentally torture you when you started working till you leave the company.They don't have organisation policy,no work life balance,so I recommend no one should join the organisation,join if you don't have other opportunity.No job security.

Systematic will literally bust your life. As I have to write good things in this section, i can say you will learn a lot here because you are the logistics, you are the sales, you are the operations, you are the finance. You have to do all the work including your own profile which helps to gain more knowledge.

oh my where do I start. Work Culture is absolutely pathetic. Work life balance does not exist. You will get calls even after you go home. Not 1 or 2 calls continues work related calls even after 11pm. (plant is working 24*7). CEO just wants sales order and then doesn't matter how the products are delivered. Work Culture is absolutely pathetic, from the aunty who serves tea and till the CEO everyone plays politics.
