Recruitment process is illegal, they ask your original academic documents or 6 monthly salary as a security amount. They do not follow any company ethics. The owner of the company is like a thug. You will not learn anything in this company. Experienced Employees do not help on any work. You will not progress in testing and commissioning work

Here's no boundaries for learning technical skills. Because of other experience person help it out for any kind of questions.

Dislikes

Management of new project and allotting to Engineers without any clarification. Execution and Engineering department heads common in this group so whenever required to fulfill job of execution they taking engineers from engineering department which is not in their job profile.
