Job security is good. Like anyhow at the joining period they sign an agreement of two years. Policies are very bad for freshers. Although you They hire you at very low amount. Their policies are fix. In the COVID-19 lockdown they are not giving you increment and also they have change working policies as we have to work on even sat too now till dec 2020.

For fresher the work policies are not good. No leaves for the probation period and salary is also very low.

Anyone can learn anything here. You can be a part of multi domain project. It is the only thing I like here and i think it is the only thing that matters for learners.

Salary Structure is very poor compared to other company. Innovation is very rare. Two saturday working. No insurance for an employee. Parking management. Odd location. Carpet floor. No canteen. Poor management.
