... in less hours.They pressurize employees to work on multiple projects at a time. Nothing is there to learn if you are only working on graphics projects (green field and migration) Worst management No work life balance (You will be forced to work on saundays also) No salary hikes

There are lot of things management need to take care. 1. Partiality 2. Doesn't respect Employees with less experience. 3. No work-life balance. You can get call from managers at any time asking to provide support eveng at 2 am.

Dislikes

waste of time and career beyond 3 years, biased promotions and hikes, appraisal done once in 2 years, no transparency, very limited projects, disorganised project delivery, forget on-site oppurtunities.

Able to learn different technologies.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

The different technologies that we are learning is old and not relevant in the market. The work life balance is not there. Resources are made to work 16hrs daily. Telugu speaking folks are given a preference during appraisal.

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
