The persistent issue of salary non-payment by the employer has placed me in a precarious financial situation. This ongoing struggle is exacerbated by the toxic work culture in the company. Fear & a lack of transparency pervade the workplace, creating an inhospitable environment to work. Saturdays, which are meant to have leisure activities are converted to exhaustive work hours with minimal breaks. The disregard for work life balance is evident and the arbitrary decision making only serves to worsen the situation. It's disheartening to observe how voicing concerns about these matters is met with hostility, perpetuating a culture where genuine feedback is discouraged rather than embraced.

It's been a while since quit but they have not paid me my salary yet. I'm not going to state the exact number but you can purchase a Iphone 15 pro from that amount. Moreover they will deduct your pf amount from your salary but never credit that amount to your pf account. Only if I mustered up some courage and left this company a year ago, I would have gain much more experience. As I was a fresher and the recession was going on this company exploited us freshers very well and they are continuing that as well.

...handover the company because they can't afford the expense of owning the office. They are not providing us any salary since November 2023. Don't join this company guys, this company is not worth mentioning in your resume.

...us work till 5pm or 5:30pm. And sometimes they ping us some work on sundays too. There's salary issue also but for me mental health is more important.
