Despite contractual obligations, there have been consistent delays and even instances of non-payment. This not only undermines employee trust but also creates financial strain and uncertainty for individuals relying on their salaries for essential expenses. Despite repeated inquiries and concerns raised by employees, there has been insufficient transparency or resolution from the management. I urge potential employees to thoroughly consider these factors before joining sysotel.ai, as the inconsistency in salary payments significantly impacts overall job satisfaction and financial stability.

I personally didn't see any benefits in working here. Successfully wasted all my time here.

Dislikes

Late Salary, neglecting behaviour, poor management, toxic work culture. They will pay your salary in installments phase that too after 1-2 month, they will pay you 10k after 1 month 5k and so on. Living with this salary situation on Bangalore is nearly impossible until unless you ask for money from your parents. But if you are asking for money from your parents then what's the point of doing this job?

The major problem of this company is that they don't provide salary on time. They usually take 3-4 months to complete the salary, they pay on installments like 5k then 10k and soo. Some months they skip to put money on pf account but they deducted it from your salary.

... here as UI/UX Designer and I can only say that these guys are complete scammer. They don't gives salary on time like never but will manipulate you with suger coated words. Just ignore what they and try not to join this company.
