In that situation of pendamic covid19 sysnet provide 70 percent salary of employees and who those employees not in city who's are going home town the sysnet was not give any benifits to employees in covid19.

I am not able to learn technical in this company we are not able to learn or in this company have un knowledgeable engineers because they are mostly hiring freshers it's a bad things as wel as good also.

Likes

Very Good company, very good support from HR manager and higher officials. For salary can 100% that on 5th of every month they will disburse. very good company but ID manager spoiling the name in Chennai branch.

Dislikes

I worked for 1.5 years in this company and I faced lot and lots of trouble for the ID manager, he demotivate our confidence in work and always shout like nothing for anything. Full of politics in Chennai branch so I suggest don't work under his project, sysnet is having many more to project to work with so can focus that.

Nothing much to like salary is low and growth is also minimum

Dislikes

The management level needs a lot of improvement. Also promotions are not based upon skill or talent rather company politics. Working hours are okish considering they don't pay you much.

I m working here because ,the pattern which company works are very interesting ,day to day new CRM are launched and we do something new in that company

I dislike beacause there is so much work there and less salary ,being experince person salary are very less and never appreciate your work

Till now I have seen that there is not much work, it is easy, there is not much pressure of work and the behaviour of colleagues in the company is helping.

The conveyance is less and there is no payment for the service. The employee has to pay more than the conveyance he receives.
