Management is good but people who represents management decisions need to be more professional and honest, they blame everything to management in front of employees that create management’s negative image ! Overall SysMind is best place to grow !

There was no support. We were made to work on weekends during mandatory lockdown. We werr given half salary. Then they called everyone to work from office even after one employee tested positive.

No working culture. They fire people left and right for absolutely no reason.

The company truly knows how to take care of its employees. It runs in the hierarchy of this organisation, to truly value people as they are and understanding the semantics of human relationships. And not only that, the challenge first approach that it takes for it’s employees to take on any challenge head on and learning from it as a result, is truly a masterstroke.

No job security, they can fire you without any reason, they show favoritism between new and old employees. Even if you are one of the best performers in your team, they can easily fire you citing stupid reasons to save the job of the old employee.
