No R&D, No HR policy, No salary since 2021 April ( Writing in month of July), No expense since December 2020. No communication from top management regarding any policy, even salary deduction. Company do business with super stockist as cash an carry, so all employees are work like more or less collection agent. Not even a single copy of brochures or promotions, even after launched a product line (FAN). Third party branding with sub standard products. Instead of giving increment or appraisal to exisisting Hardworking employees,Company hire new employees with high salary for a short period and they will fly away. Spend on advertisement without considering employee welfare. Now every good employees are moving.I think this is the Only company take covid as an opportunity to deduct salary for 8 months. No promotion's to sell , no schemes to sell, non of the channel partner's are Happy and they are keep on changing. No QD, No CD, merely selling with huge price compared to high competitive market price. No commitments toward projects sites. No body will answer your questions. And it is easy to sideline or target a person who will stand for truth.

1. No support to customers as well as employees 2. Salary cut and last 2 months salary pending without any notifications 3. No HR system available 4. Only believes in collection , no after sales support, material support . 5. No proper documentation or lab report to participate in tenders.

No timely Salary. ( Avg 2months pend) No timely expenses . ( Avg 8 mth pend) Pending PF. ( Avg 8 month pending) No structure tgt or review . None responding HR team even not bother to pick up employee phone during working hour. No gadgeted holidays. False commitment by MD to the channel partner and employe.

From Mar 23 onwards salary not given to any employee, earlier also salary was coming 45 days late to all, From oct 22 to jun 23 PF deducted from salary but not deposited in PF office, Yr 22 to 23 form 16 not issued to employees Management has NO respect, No values to their own words Full Indian LALA culture Owner abuses to their employees

... culture in co. All the higher position people are worst. Do not enter in syska. Intentionally not giving expense & salary delay by the management.
