Ex: Assume you are a wintel person and he will ask to develop software using dot net and Java or any programming language. Don't join to IT until he left the organisation or if you join then he will ruin your personal life.

Simply worst company to join

...or laterals there is no training required only software and is self explanatory. But this useless guys makes bond for 50k to 1lakh and sends legal notice every month threatening you to pay the money as they provided high standard training. Full of fake things in the company, they hire and let the employee abscond by putting pressure and they are thinking of making money out of that. Worst company for employess, dont ruin your time. Already company is in lot of trouble, dont join is all i can say

Everything think, nothing think is good in this company, worst management in this company, Especially team leaders and managers. mangers very worst they don’t know how to speak and no professionalism is there. Especially HOSPITAL WARTICAL mangers

It was great experience to work in Sys , I learned lot many things, co workers were very supportive and caring especially ARM team which I was a part.. I love u guys and I miss u lot

The reason I left Sys was transportation, u could have given cab till uthanahalli , I was really struggling and I informed many times, management could have given basic requirements for the employees.. I was very upset of leaving Sys but I wasn't had any other choice.. because due to cab issue I was waiting for bus from 5am to 7am and I lost my health.. Other than transportation everything is excellent

In had a very good reporting boss who believed in his team and never micro managed people. He set up the expectations clearly defining roles and responsibilities in a way where everyone felt accountable. He was transparent and fair in decision making.

Dislikes

You cannot think about implementing any new ideas or process changes, since everything was pre designed and fixed. Very reluctant to change. Micro managing people at all levels. Never been a employee friendly organizattion. Biggest concern was job security. People work to please people above them in order to save their jobs.
