While I enjoy many aspects of working at SysArc Infomatix, one area for improvement could be communication between departments. Sometimes, delays in information sharing can impact project timelines. I believe implementing more streamlined processes or regular cross-department meetings could address this effectively."

In new management totally changed the environment. Focusing only on money not in employee perspective. And same time some of higher management people very worst taking the employees in wrong direction, based on those people decision most of experience people left from Sysarc.

Team members with less years of experience and more years of experience work tirelessly without any difference,

Dislikes

Serious resource crunch, no proper recognition for work, increment or for promotion, internal preference for few people are very high

HR’s are good supportive and understand our concerns.

  • Company culture - Good

Dislikes

Shift timing is not good, sometimes we have to work on sat - sun also and they won’t pay for night shift or weakened support, they will only provide comp off.
