Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

This is very bad company Growth ka to koi chance nahi hai Salary badhane ko bol do lgta hai inki puri Jayjaat maang liya ho 15 rupye ka Nashta dekr Ehshan jatate hai Employees ke sath Ghar ke Nokar ki trh treat hai Jab man krta hai tb office bulate hai Koi rules nhi hai timing ki 12 -12 hours kaam krvate hai Ek din day bulayenge fir ek night Inko farq nhi pdhta ki employees ki bhi koi life hota hai Inko lgta hai hmare yha job kr rhe hai to ye sb hmare naukar hai Paisa bhut hai but class kuchh nahi hai Shwet B Tripathi owner hai CRICKINFORMER News channel ke aur ye News bhi bolte hai but ye apne ki news anchor ko nicha dikhate hai Agr aapko ek Bandua Majdoor Banna hai to ye company join kare. Bhai raat ke 3-3 bje tk kaam karavate hai rules name ki koi chij hi nhi h es company me sirf time se aao but times se jaao mt 8 hours ki working days hota hai but 9 - 12 hours job karavate hai Employees se kaise baat krte hai koi Tarika nhi pta hai Ye company agr abhi tak chal rhi hai to Shiddhant sir ki Wajah se but vo bhi kuchh glt hota hai to ek owner ki trh chije sambhala jata hai enko bhi farq nhi pdhta hai Employees se agar kuchh glti hoti hai samjhaya jata hai yha pr group me msg krke chillate hai Sach kahu to ye Gawar hai ekdm Koi tarika nhi hai na baat krne ka nahi company chalane ka …. Mai yha ek sal tk esiliye reh paya ki yha ke employees me bonding achhi hogyi thi dost bn gye the sare aur ghr pass office tha esiliye mai yha 1 sal tk reh paya … Maine yha pr 12-12 ghnto tak work kara bina kisi extra charge ke … lkn company kbhi tarif nhi ki Mai 2-3 bje raat tk job kiya hu .. Ek din day ek night har jb bulate the tb jata tha … Salry meri 15 k hi thi kbhi nhi badhya gya usko … Agr ye tmko night shift ka charge denge to ek night shift 50 rupye dete hai pta nhi kis hishab se …yha ke owner kisi Gaushala me kaam kiya hai Ye sb 100 percent sachhai hai hm log 3 graphics Designer sath me company chhode hai esi sbki vjh se aur jo ruke hai company unko karja di hai 100% percent sachaai hai Thank you
