Descrimination in gender, cast, north-sounth etc. At the time of appraisal they will say that your performance is not good and if you try to talk about this with any higher authorities no one cares , you will face a lot of mental pressure here

Everything, they will put you in pip for no reason and they will pull you off for no reason saying that you’re not upto to the mark but the actual reason is company do not have funds and not generating any revenue so they are pulling off people
