Founder and his wife cum HR cum GM -Highly manipulative people No protocol/ethics/corporate culture is followed Rules change as per founder's wife's mood swing. This is just a start up. Wife who is non technical person controls everything. Meetings also happen in local language (marati). No connection between what profile was informed to you and what work (house keeping, helper, office assistant, accountant) you would be doing. If you are physics chemistry background, they will force you to work in biology as well. Don't believe their words. They tortured already left employees. And torturing me now who wants leave now.
