Work Culture is good. Lot of learning opportunity. Safe zone company.

Dislikes

HR policy very tricky we can't estimate inhand salary from CTC or increment letter. Low salary range even have much experience. Have some politics in production & inter-intra department.

Dislikes

HR policies and department are very unprofessional and they never keep their promise, not a good paymaster, do not fulfil commitment of incentives and promised deducted salaries, very bad promotion scheme

Over all experience of working as an intern in R&D department in this company is really good. Learnt lot many things and came to know what those company provides. And also the cultural events that company celebrates was amazing.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
