HR policies and department are very unprofessional and they never keep their promise, not a good paymaster, do not fulfil commitment of incentives and promised deducted salaries, very bad promotion scheme

HR policy very tricky we can't estimate inhand salary from CTC or increment letter. Low salary range even have much experience. Have some politics in production & inter-intra department.
