Work culture is not good. Not a good company for Lead and beyond. No hike. Insecure life as they can remove when on bench easily, regardless of your technology or no of years you served company.

Only good for someone who has just passed out of College

This company is any ways taken over by Atos. But culture still remains the same.. pathetic salary, zero appraisals and no promotions. Never recommended. I wasted 7 years here and many people i know have wasted a lot and are still wasting.

...lore. Organization policies are relatively better compare to other organization. Pay also good as per experience. Overall, I feel more confident in my career because of work culture followed in my project. Definitely, one should try for this company for better growth and opportunities. Ultimately, work satisfaction, experience, opportunities, growth, care also important along with monetory benefits. I would urge everyone to try for this company.

- Good work/life balance (depending on project allocated). - No micro-management. - Lots of training to upskill. - Quarterly reimbursements for certification costs. - Excellent campus and cafeteria. - Good onsite opportunities. - Good transportation facility. - The management team is good and provides work flexibility. - Excellent learning opportunities.

- Still allocates desktops to senior members during COVID scenarios. - The pay hike scenario is bad even for employees bringing growth to account. - Promotions happen with zero hikes, just the inclement gets added to the variable. - They prefer getting a replacement at a very high package but will shy from retaining the same performing employee at a comparatively low salary. - Mandatory to qualify internal/external certifications to get promotion/hike as part of the appraisal. Often high performing employees do not get time for this and employees sitting idle get growth.

... you are not billable. Career growth is slow once you reach certain designation. Salary is based on your skill set and urgency to fill the position, so few cases candidate got high salaries, few cases below avg especially who stayed longer at onsite.
