...red to work on 24/7 there will be no work-life balance anytime user may call. 2. Salary/appraisal are not followed properly, verbally they will say they provide but at the time of appraisal they will issue PIP 3. They have fired people without any reason and accuse of false allegations and data theft even if you use your own laptop for work. 4. Proper credits are not given and very toxic culture employer will hear the conversation through surveillance camera. 5. They don't have dedicated HR and HR policies will differ based on organization's opinion from time to time. 6. Allowance and salary will not be credited on time. 7. Abuse of employee's.
