...s they said. Reduction in daily expenses when price for everything is very high. Extra work but no salary hike. It's been more than 45 days after my resignation but still I didn't get my full and final settlement. Everything month an amount was deducted from my salary as a part of ESIC. But it is not contributed or credited iny esic account as per esic department- treatment was declined for my parents because of the same.

Upraisal process is very terrible, only from March to March, if you join after March you have to wait 2 yrs for appraisal. No HR portal You not get payslip regularly, have to send mail every time to HR.

I worked in the company for 2 years without giving any notice these people made employees work

If any company fires employees from their job then as per the rules the company has to pay 3 months salary but synoptics did not give

...Work culture is in average. There is more work pressure. Management is terrible. Company plicies are not good as, Salary never gets on time.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. And management is not ready listen our concerns.

Nothing to like there...Only nepotism and gender favourism works there.

Salary never on times and they deduct salary on their own not as per rules. They called us to the office even in lockdown and didn't paid our salaries.
