The Management is very open and understanding. They have a great vision for the company and are moving swiftly in the same direction. They are empowering employees to take decisions independently in their areas of work. The management is also ensuring that the employees voices are heard and action is taken immediately. Overall its nurturing environment to work in.

Dislikes

Long term employees in the company have created a bad outlook, thereby making the new employees feel out of place. However, once an employee crosses a few months, he/she will feel very comfortable. The work timings are a bit strict and will be causing some strain on your personal life.
