Operation level politics to hault market corrections which leads to immediate lay off Syniverse is renown for their filtering criteria once in every 2 years. I was laid off based on feedback that all my KPIs were unmet however, among team of 3 I was the most experience candidate with more product knowledge yet I was laid off with a lame excuse. And my peer from Onsite was laid off despite his remarkable contribution to the team over the past 8 years

Hikes and career improvement will not be that good. No training’s you will get Management don’t understand the value of employees and they don’t recognise your work

Management has no idea how to deal with employees and this is the reason they are loosing clients. It is high time they realised, employees are the most important ASSET.

First of all, this is great space to work at and work for. The teammates and manager are well mannered and supportive throughout your journey. Top praises to my manager, who always has your back and for believing in your capacities. I have not felt any pressure on me till this day. The work culture for my team is the best anyone could ask for.
