Look down at employees who have joined Syngenta shared services from BPO industry. Heavy deduction on annual variable pay that actually reduced your actual takeaway home by 15%-20%. P2P Tower lead was horrible with no etiquette on how to speak team. It's a place where you find favoritism at the extreme, some people will be promoted every year, and few suffer a lot no matter how much you work. It's a bureaucratic sarkari company. DO NOT JOIN IF YOU TRUST MY REVIEW. Your manager can see your entire salary breakup which i personally didn't like after working in India Tier 1 IT companies You will hardly get any support from HR as they will convince you that there is some issue with you and they will never support you. They cannot handle high package salary hence they make heavy deduction on annual appraisal, variable pay and to prove this a hammering of your happen through out year

Working under such a great banner feels always pride and make us energetic while working

Dislikes

no work life balance and always pressures to the performers and if someone have good package, he will get always less increment and his share will get distribute to the non performers with the reason that they didn't get incentive or their package is less (discourage to the performers)

Likes

Job security is good until and unless you do not miss any compliance requirements. Salary is paid on time. Work life balance is very good.

Dislikes

Overall Syngenta is a very good company to work with. Just they can improve the pay-scale, I mean yearly appraisal bit bit more. Also they should provide transportation facilities and Sodexo facilities.

You can apply to the IJPs so more opportunities inside one company, compensation is not so bad, best part is yearly bonus (if you get it).

Work culture, no value addition to the personal, lesser growth.
