Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. SFSA Bangladesh policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of internal politics and the management doesn’t want to understand this issues. Salary is decent but salary increment is low. Job security is low because contractual job each year extended.

Its a right platform to perform the skills and there is a vast area to prove the knowledge and effort.

SFI is always unique from others they have own style to built or developing farmers life and sustainable agriculture sector. Here all are able to work with their new ideas and had a platform to learn lot of things and perfect SWORT analysis things they have done in their field.
