Financial growth is an issue. Variable payout is a major issue. They won’t pay you even a single penny when you exit the company.

...t lot of differentiation between post graduate and phd people. Lot of hierarchy. Less growth in terms of salary and promotion

Compensation to employees is average though the company performs great. The company is more focused on expanding the business and facilities. More work, less paid.

... of CTC but it will be paid only if we are in the company until getting in hand. It will be paid in the 1st week of june so until that we shoud not resign even though variable pay is calculated based on performance of financial year (April to March) but in other organization if we have worked even in notice period until end of march month, it will be paid so it is one of the worst policy.
