Safe work environment and supportive team. Scientists are treated very well, as it's scientific company. Every year we can expect salary hikes. There are very good cafeteria and huge ones. Transportation is very good and you get it to every corner in the city. Involvement in activities organized by company is always welcomed, team celebrations like birthdays and new year is done well.

Dislikes

...e functions like ENM, FINANCE, SCM, PM your work life balance will be hectic. If you join as a fresher, with low salary package here better to change within a year and half.

Good company. Department is good. Work culture is good. More preference is to safety. Fir girl this is good company. If you want to settle this is good.

No much negative points. Salary hike is good but apperesel is partiality. No festival bonus.
