Job is secure as long as you nod your head to whatever you lead says. You try to improvise or point the defects in the process, you will be targeted. Unfortunately the first ever place where I see the lead does Character assassination in front of higher management and the client. And even the higher management believes in whatever the lead says and never try to cross verify the information. So, by now you should understand the standards here. Client here is the best ever I have seen in my entire career. So calm and supportive. Highly transparent client, but this immature lead makes people's life a hell.

...career development plans, Higher management not focusing on ground level issues. Salary deductions for a delay of 5 minutes. In case you have been late by about 5 to 6 minutes around 4 times in a month or a week, the total time is accumulated and half day's pay is deducted. Actually all I like here is work from home during this pandemic. Rest everything I would rate 0 star.
