Job is secure as long as you nod your head to whatever you lead says. You try to improvise or point the defects in the process, you will be targeted. Unfortunately the first ever place where I see the lead does Character assassination in front of higher management and the client. And even the higher management believes in whatever th e lead says and never try to cross verify the information. So, by now you should understand the standards here. Immature lead who calls himself manager though he is not awarded with that role, Lack of employee training and career development plans, Higher management not focusing on ground level issues. Salary deductions for a delay of 5 minutes. In case you have been late by about 5 to 6 minutes around 4 times in a month or a week, the total time is accumulated and half day's pay is deducted.
