Probably the lies about work hours. They tell at interview that the company hrs are from 9.15 to 6.30 and expect you to work till midnight everyday. The lack of work-life balance. They expect you to forget about your personal life and work like a mule. Company lacks structure as well.

-There is nothing to like about Company - They force us to work on Sat and Sunday also on national holidays even also on labour day. - No Fix timing, Need to work up to 3 to 4 am almost 15 to 16 Hrs
