Training given by few managers is awesome. Work environment is good. Work-life balance is also stable most of the times.

There is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

Only some team member support Only one thing that i like.

Internal gaming is there. Senior member ( with zero knowledge) are like they are only to run company and TL, manager no one will ask them anything. Paraslity there, that one is close to your QA lead then your safe otherwise u have to gonr for mental shocks daily. Wrost experience.

This company is open to innovation and readily adopts the latest technology. I really enjoyed the work in Synerzip. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products, and has a global client base. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we are happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here. in the COVID-19 pandemic, Synerzip supports their employee a lot. I am really happy to be employee of Synerzip.
