HR DONT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THE IT WORLD. Even she don’t know how to talk with the employees. The Management can fire anyone any time. They force to do resign. They promise they will give hike after 6 months probation period but after completing that 6 months they refused to give it and make changes in the employee policy. They don’t know anything about IT world they made policies on their own. For the female employee there is no separate washroom ##Unhygienic ##Unprofessionals
