No job security. Cheating people my keeping them on contract basis for 3 months and not giving permanent employment after that. Not at all supportive in Pandemic. Straight away telling employees to leave or stay without payment till uncertain period. Company is not in position of paying it's debts for more then 1 year old vendors, not made any statutory payments till date.

Training is good, good incentive structure.

Dislikes

Management doesn’t know employee treatment, incentives are not given on time at all. Very rough place to work. They call on Saturdays or Sundays also. And Monday to Friday leave us very late

I have worked for 2 years and as per my experience I regret for wasting my 2 yrs

They started delaying the salaries, their all expenses are dues in crores and the company is on the verge of getting closed

Hardly anyone understanding except 2-3 managers.

Dislikes

No job security, no respect to juniors, unnecessary and unrealistic targets leading to terrible pressure, different set of rules for every individual, one has no personal life after joining synergy.
