Project team is very nice to you till you have not resigned from your position. I have worked with them 1.8 years. Whole Behaviour altered when someone resigned from his / her position. I was lost my offer after serving the whole notice period as per my offer letter. Now days this company murged with Colliers international. Hope, their culture may change after the collaboration. Other wise, join in your own risk.

...is average and depends of the site condition and client whom your are work with. Salary hike is average as it does not depend on your performance, its solely depend on the company financial profit of the growth in that year. last but not least...synergy re-hire the x employees in their need.

Personally, the Very bad phase of the company is the HR management and admin. Very helpless guys handling the HR system and they never comes to ground to check how and where their employees are working. No food travel compensation while working out of station. late payment of reimbursement, etc

It was a great company to start with. Lot of learning’s and skill development. If you want to learn , it is a good platform

Very poor salaries and appraisals. We engineers work so hard on the field but are paid so less. No additional benefits. Monotonous life . No activities. Monday to Saturday job and once , I got a bad team and manager and I left because of the politics. No one listens to complaints which are raised. HRs are least bothered to listen and managers don’t care. I whistle blowed once but management is least bothered. Very dull career growth and appraisals. It doesn’t matter whether you work hard or not. There is no recognition . In short, if you want to learn, join. If you are looking for a long healthy career, not a really good place

Company is very good , company work culture is very good, good policy make but not to implement. but overall management think & talk positive about employee. this is very good motivation.
