There is nothing to like about Synergy. It is worst company and their management is third class . They don't even know all the things in management. It is a C grade company.

Open door policy, supervisors share the work-load of team members when the going gets tough, leadership development training, mentorship, career counselling, industry-standard payscale

Dislikes

open-door policy sometimes creates a false impression among team members to bypass the hierarchy even when not required...but I believe this is the learning phase of team members.
